• Toilet-: Matt finished ceramic tiles flooring and glazed tiles for walls up to height of 210 cms, concealed piping, colored glazed sanitary fixtures and cp fittings with ceramic disk.
• Water supply-: water supply through under ground tank and over head tank.
• Electrical-: concealed conduit wiring with ISI grade copper conductor, adequate light and fan points, 6 Amps and 15 Amps plug point etc. controlled by ELCB & MCB with Independent KSEB meters.
• Telephone line-: Concealed conduit wiring for telephone in living room/dining hall and master bed room.
• Cable TV-: Cable TV connection in living room/dining hall and master bed room.
